: I really don't know what's going on here... The juggernaut should only stop
: the platform moving if it tries to squash it- but the platform here only
: attempts to move down. The platform might have jammed if the ceiling and
: floor heights were inconsistent, but as far as I can tell they are all set
: properly (and it does work in Forge).
: When I exported a copy of the map and deleted the Juggernaut and ammo, the
: platform worked, and it broke again when I replaced the Juggernaut (but
: not when I replaced the ammo), so I think we can conclusively say that the
: Juggernaut is breaking the platform despite being below the floor when it
: starts out. (Actually, in general, it's a bad idea to put ammo on
: platforms because it does not pay attention to polygon height changes and
: will float up into the air or sink into the floor as the platform moves.)
This particular platform is initially extended from the floor to the ceiling. If you activate the platform in Forge, stand on the now descended platform, and then look up, the ceiling where the top of the platform was is solid. In other words, there does not seem to be any room (no open space) for the Jugg to situate itself before the platform descends. It would seem then that the game engine is being asked to draw the Jugg initially inside the ceiling. Perhaps that is causing the platform to malfunction?
