I definately hated the Wasps and the Lurkers the most. M1 was far too difficult. Also, the Hulks made me cry too. The first level you fight them in, when they're going crazy in the Gymnasium, always pissed me off. I unloaded mag after mag of .44 into them and they laughed at me.
That said, in M2 I hated the exploda-bobs the most. The cyborgs take a close second, because they laughed off my pistol ammo and assualt rifle bullets.
