The one I hate most of all (note, not the one I find hardest) is that floating spider-thing in Marathon 1! THEY FREAK ME OUT!!! Maybe it's because I have a little spider phobia. I feel the same way about them that I feel about the lurkers above in Zelda: The Ocraina of Time. I know they're there, I know when they attack, and yet I get just as scared every time I see them fall down....eeeek!!!!
(Oddly enough, the flood infections don't scare me at all even though they are so similar to the floating spiders)
