: (14_spirals) with the the levels track (00_AliensAgain), a lot of the
: tracks numberings are peculiar (we go from 07 to 08 finally to 02 in the
: first 3 levels) but the Rose track having claim to 00 explicitly intrigued
: me. Spiral's also sounds uniquely muted, a very subtle yet strong piece.

: have the proper terms for this, but they go up together and they go down
: together. The synchronization isn't perfect but they sound good together

I think it's just a composer creatively recycling his tones, or very coincidental. Slightly off-topic: You should hear the tracks kevin schillder made for hexen/hexen II.
