|Aye Mak Sicur|

This is one for the main story page: We all know that Aye Mak Sicur means "I'll make sure" and is used as the final level name in Infinity, referring to making sure we stop the W'krncacnter, having roots game-wise as the motto on the Kirkpatrick family crest.
But...what language is it in? I thought it sounded Scottish Gaelic, but I don't actually know if that word is Gaelic or not nor if it has a Gaelic meaning.
I tried looking up what Aye Mak Sicur meant on google translate and via a normal search but it turned up nothing, even Gaelic dictionaries; they just gave me the same thing for English. Could it be Latin? French? Or something else?
Most of my search results just gave me Marathon related links.
