Nope not lost. That's the famous IMG video. I recently mentioned it in this post
http://forums.bungie.org/story/?noframes;read=59907
I have the original video off the IMG CD. Sadly it freezes a few minutes into the movie when I try to play it now. So it's good to have a copy up on YouTube.
If I can lay my hands on a full working copy I'll add it to the Blasts from the Past section of the Story page.
