M1A1 Music and Track Titles

I've got two questions regarding the Marathon music.
First off, I've always assumed that the M1A1 music was a remix/re-mastering of the original Marathon music, since it sounds so different from what I was used to hearing (no doubt due to the version of Quicktime I used to use). However, after comparing the tracks, linked to above, with the tracks included with M1A1, I realized that they actually sound identical. So, are these tracks the same ones used in the M1A1 project, or are the M1A1 tracks actually different?
My second question concerns the track names of the original Marathon music; I've never been able to find the names in the original music file (or anywhere else, for that matter). Are the titles encrypted in the music file somewhere, or did Seropian actually list the track titles somewhere else?
