So, how did you do the conversion? I've attempted just printing DocMaker files to PDF from my SheepShaver setup, but that always ends up splitting images across page boundaries.

Every once in a while I get the crazy idea to build a DOCMaker reader for OS X... Naw, that's Durandal crazy.
