Very similarly to the way I converted the Minotaur manual:

The Pathways manual had some extra formatting challenges, though. For instance, to do the text next to the menu pictures, I had to create a Table in TextEdit (which gets really buggy once you get text into it - I get the feeling that TextEdit isn't the best program for doing this sort of thing...). I also had to make more use of ResEdit to get the text out, because text selection is turned off for the Pathways manual.

As for that DOCMaker reader; it may be crazy, but it'd be cool ;)
