In Response To: Aleph1 Eternal right click problem (Daudio)

: I haven't been able to map Alternate Fire to the right click on the mouse.
: When I try nothing happens...

: I think I had a similar problem with Infinity, at first, but went back to
: Preference later and it worked. I've tried numerous time in Eternal and it
: just won't recognize the Right click ??

Are you running Infinity with Aleph One or the original classic Infinity app? If the former, are they the same version of Aleph One? If so, that is very strange, because anything about control binding should be in the application; I can't think of anything in the scenario files that would affect that.

: Also, what is with the 'Success' and 'Failure' maps in Eternal ??

Each chapter has a branch level where events can go one of two ways, taking you down one of two series of levels. If things go a "bad" way (plot-wise, at least, according to the Jjaro's reckoning of good and bad) you will be send back in time to the branch point to take the "right" path, which will eventually lead you on to the next chapter.

"Success" and "Failure" are meant in an in-universe sense, as in, the player-character (the Mjolnir cyborg you control) has succeeded or failed to fulfill his prescribed destiny; not in an out-of-universe sense, as in, the player (you, the human sitting at a keyboard playing a game) has succeeded or failed in the game.
