In Response To: Of crashing Outlook Express under Classic OS (Blayne)

I'm not sure if it will help (it's likely), but the Outlook message database can get corrupted at times. I don't remember exactly the combination, but starting Outlook Express while holding down the "option: or "option + command" or "shift" key, or a combination of the above will force a database rebuild. Like I said, I don't remember the exact combination, but I'm certain one of them does it. Hopefully that works!
