: Delete the empty file Images, and replace it with Resource.frk\Images.
: Rename Resource.frk\Map to Map.resources.

I found that using the Mac Classic app "Mac Binary II+" was a little easier. Just drag/drop the map and image files/remove the .bin - and voila!
It's SDL ready. :)
