Using PC Exchange under Mac OS 9:
Move Map and Images onto a PC-formatted volume of some sort.
Open the volume under Windows, or some free DOS emulator like MacBochs.
Delete the empty file Images, and replace it with Resource.frk\Images.
Rename Resource.frk\Map to Map.resources.
