I know nothing about it, but I suspect that there just wasn't enough time or interest to continue it. I mean, these people weren't even willing to let others port Trojan 1 to AO for fear of the time it would take for them to make sure it met their standards. Doing a whole new scenario is another two orders of magnitude in difficulty.
