I think somewhere in here we lost each other.

All I'm looking for is some 3D models of the various Marathon characters, and someone to help move all of the old maps into .map format. The bonus to this over a UT mod is a) completely free because I have rights to the engine and b) if the community requires them, engine mods can be made to accomodate much more detailed mods. As in E0, this would not be backward compatible with the old Marathon files. Unlike E0 (AFAIK), this will easily work out of the box with crossplatform multiplayer. Furthermore, because Torque is a well established engine, there are *many* tutorials on how to write mods for it, making it a relatively easy process to move some of the Marathon mods over to Torque.
