lol - good question. It's a matter of time - and bandwidth.

However, I'm not convinced that they will help you on this particular problem; reading over your description of what you did, I don't see anything that would be fixed by downloading one-click installers.

Likely, something's missing. (I don't know what - I have zero experience with Aleph One SDL under windows.) Someone else might, though...
