Compiling Aleph One ...how?

I downloaded AO from the CVS just now and opened it (AlephOne-OSX.pbproj) in PB. Then I tried building it. This gave me 17 fatal errors:
SSLP_API.h:41: SDL_net.h: No such file or directory
SSLP_API.h:58: error: 'IPaddress' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
SSLP_API.h:149: error: parse error before `*' token
sdl_network.h:31: SDL_net.h: No such file or directory
sdl_network.h:48: error: syntax error before `;' token
sdl_network.h:56: error: 'UDPsocket' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
sdl_network.h:63: error: 'NetAddrBlock' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
sdl_network.h:74: error: 'TCPsocket' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
sdl_network.h:75: error: 'TCPsocket' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
sdl_network.h:76: error: 'SDLNet_SocketSet' is used as a type, but is not defined as a type.
sdl_network.h:85: error: parse error before `*' token
sdl_network.h:85: error: type specifier omitted for parameter `NetAddrBlock'
sdl_network.h:95: error: type specifier omitted for parameter `NetAddrBlock'
sdl_network.h:95: error: parse error before `*' token
sdl_network.h:121: error: parse error before `*' token
sdl_network.h:121: error: type specifier omitted for parameter `NetAddrBlock'
network_private.h:191: error: parse error before `,' token
I suspect all this boils down to the missing SDL_net.h file. Why wasn't it included in the download? Where can I find it?
