In Response To: Re: Eternal Volunteers: Let Sleeping Gods Die (Forrest of B.org)

: Hmm, not exactly. This is the thing that let the S'pht'Kr escape up to K'lia.
: It is "sent to the stars" or whatever later.

wasn't "the farthest reaches of nothing" a quote from infinity talking about that?

: The whole bit about locks and keys reflects an earlier version of this level
: that had some awesome combination locks puzzles which had the solution of
: being "7" in binary (though one was inverted, i.e. 0's and 1's
: switched). But that got corrupted somewhow and generally fucked up some of
: this map's only interesting parts. I was still trying to make it stop
: crashing right up to the moment of release; I literally managed to run
: through it without a crash immediately before packaging and uploading the
: files.

I rember that, itwould drive me nuts, and it didn't help that playing the levels between marks didn't give me any terminals, not that I would have guessed binary anyway....

: Oh S'pht, I must have forgotten to remove some of the F'lick'ta from that
: level, which are presently turned into Hulks. They'll be F'lick'ta again,
: later.... augh...

Oh, that explains alot. On some of the upcoming levels, their are TONS of hulks, making certin things alomost impossible (for me anyway) without cheating.

: Will do. I'm not even sure we'll keep this level....

Hmm, what would you replace it with?
