As for Jesse, there have been many times when he has fallen from the sort of honor and glory that I give him. The instance that continually comes to mind is when we were playing EMFH on Hats Off to Eight Nineteen. He was in the lower section, standing on the (unmoving) platform, and I was on the upper ring, strafing around him. He had dual shotguns (a formidable pair!) and I had an SMG. I'm strafing and I fire next to him because that's what he always does, he always moves to his right, never fails...
...but he just stands there. From a distance of a good 11 WU. Aiming, not firing. With a shotgun (it's worth noting here that a shotgun has spread). And I'm shouting at him because he just broke the law that had brought him so, so far, "Never stop running, never stop firing." So...I waste him.
We had a talk after that. It (he) was...disappointing. =/
Anyway, just avoid folly like that and you'll be fine! ;)
(And for what it's worth, he hasn't repeated an incident like that. :) Also, to his credit, after playing the game for about six weeks, he was able to vid the first few levels of M2. Some of you might 'bah' at that, but think of how far in the game you were after six weeks. He's a quick study, even if he lapses here and there.)
