Here's what SketchFactor told me when I asked him about the Trilogy's legal status, in relation to the 10th Anniversary CD project:

Hey - I'm working on a few things regarding the official status of Marathon. Would you mind sending me an email about this project?

I get so many Bungie.net messages it's impossible to wade through them all. It would be easier for me to keep track of it via old fashioned email. =)

...I'm pretty sure this project idea would be no problem at all.

I'm currently waiting for a response. I can wait; he's a very busy man.
