Sorry if I gave you the impression I beat the clock during one of those 6 times. :( Out of the 6 times I tried to beat the clock, I actually made it to the term only one time. I was still late. The other five times, I didn't even make it to the term before being killed.

Exactly. That is why I suggested using "monster impassable" polys to keep certain groups of enemies relatively close to where they originate. If would take careful planning because you don't want to make it easy for the player. If Forrest could somehow keep the enemies from coming too close to certain intersections where the enemies tend to clog things up, that might help.
