Wrong there humans float. Due to he air in the lungs and the density of othe elements in the human body humans float when not swimming. If you can hold your breath for a long period of time, after the sinking you bob back up face down. This is why divers need weights.
The cyborg sinks like any one holding that much ammo and gun metal. But he has the strength to swim under such conditions.
