In Response To: running OS X? (Anaphiel)

: If so, try out Blender. It's a Linux 3D app ported to OS X.

: Like a lot of Linux apps, it's really powerful, really unintuitive, and free.
: They just added the game engine and interactive environment tools back, so
: now is a good time to be checking it out.

: If you're on OS 9 still, I don't know that you're going to do better than
: Strata at your price point.

Both 3D studio and Cinema runs well on my mac with OS 9, but his imac is an earlier model. Might work if he pumps it full of ram, though. That kind of ram is cheap now, especially if you install it by yourself.
