I'd hate to speculate too much about this, as Scott seems to be quite a ways away from finishing the high-res textures for Rubicon X, let alone redoing chapter screens, let alone doing a poster. There was quite a bit of discussion about this a year ago, however, and even then Scott was making no guarantees. The idea back then that Scott proposed was to distribute Rubicon X as charity-ware. The game would be free, but people who made donations into a fund that would be designated entirely for charity woud get a bonus - a $25 donation would be good for a bonus map pack, a $50 donation would be good for that plus the poster and a $100 donation would net the bonus pack and an autographed poster. I'm not sure how Scott planned to pay for this, though, and there was some disucssion as to how we would select the charity to which the funds would be donated. There was also talk about making the poster a downloadable postscript file that you could take to any printer - a sort of do it yourself project - personally I'm not too crazy about that suggestion. In any case, should Scott ever finish work on the textures and new chapter screens, I think that a poster is likley, but don't hold your breath.
