I mean, Rubicon AO Light isn't the full version of Aleph One. First of all, it's extremely old, and also, even at the time it was released it wasn't as advanced as the version of Aleph One that was available then (I think). Rubicon AO Light, basically, is no substitute for Aleph One. (You said something about Rubicon, so I'm assuming that you're running Pfhortal Kombat in Rubicon).
If you wanted to get Pfhortal Kombat working the way it really should, you would need the current version of Aleph One (which you can get at the link provided below) and the files from Marathon:Infinity.
