You're supposed to use the small platform halfway down the "rail" to make the turret aim away from the path you're trying to run, then get past it and through the door before it fires again. The second one is in a dead end and you don't have to get past it at all (although there's a fake door to make you want to try...)

The first terminal is at the start, inside your crashed shuttle. The second terminal is in a hallway in the ruins that's cut across by a rocky gap extending out of the Devlin next. The third terminal is inside the Mystic ship. The fourth, as listed in Hex, is the secret terminal.
