In Response To: Bummer. (Louis Wu) The 2004 date is really NOT a surprise, yet still greatly disappointing. There just isn't any way Bungie could implement everything they said they were going to implement by the end of this year... I think this was fairly obvious to anyone who's ever waited for an ambitious game; we knew deep down it wasn't going to happen for 2003. Yes, we all wanted to believe they could pull it off, but they (Bungie) are, alas, only human. We were hoping for evidence at E3 that it was indeed going to ship this year, but it seems we wont even have to wait that long to know anymore. Now if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go drown myself. (kidding of course) The question becomes: WHEN in 2004? Let's jusy hope it's spring/summer 2004, although in reality it will probably be holiday 2004. Damn... | |
