Fair enough, that seems unequivocal. However, it all does centre around what was Leela's true fate, which may just be a story inconsistency from Bungie. What I'm trying to determine is whether Bungie have previously had an AI that would tend to mislead and lie several times through the story, to the extent that you could not trust them, or at least what they said. I know you're not supposed to trust Durandal, but you end up helping him (as far as I can make out from the story pages). Essentially, I'm wondering if there's any reason why we shouldn't believe everything that Cortana and 343GS say?
