In Response To: Yet another Covenant-Flood connection Theory (opie301)
Good stuff. I know it's only theory, but it makes a lot of sense. The Covenant-Forerunner relationship is there (the pirating of their technology part), and you even speculate that the flood are a race that was in constant friction with the Covenant for a while (that has been confirmed by Bungie, as was posted). I thought the Forerunner were responsible for the flood, but maybe they just found them and took some to Halo for study. I love forums, and I love this theory. Keep thinking!
