Does anyone else see the relationship between this sentence and what happened to the Dwarves of Kazad-Dum? Perhaps, many centuries ago, the Flood were like the Balrogs of Melkor (The Forerunner being Melkor) and even at that point in history, the Covenant still have their legends of them, and are terrifyed of them. Could explain a lot of stuff..... | |
