Halo did have a rather interesting development cycle, but I'm not sure where you're getting "5 months" from; Bungie was acquired by Microsoft 17 months prior to Halo's release. : .. also, Halo PC added "invisible walls" by disabling the Warthog : if driven up to a certain height on the map. Are you talking about the rather bypassable freeze in the first part of the level, which triggers in sync with the blue beam tower? That's not specific to Halo PC.
