I think I do. Not here I don't think, but I do remember some people not wanting to hit Commendation milestones while they were at the temporary level cap.

There was far more bitching about the Daily Credit Cap overall. Especially as it didn't scale with your own level, whereas payouts did.

It was at Lt. Colonel Grade 3 I think (22/50). Which I think was a much longer road to attain than 70 in Halo 4. I'm already at 38 and don't feel like I've played much at all. It was also within a system where the end-goal (Inheritor, 50) was much less attainable than SR130 seems to be.
