When you sprint immediately after throwing the : grenade, I think you are still holding the grenade for a split second. : Since sprint (I presume) grants you a certain velocity nearly : instantaneously, the grenade also winds up having that additional velocity : as it leaves your hand, in addition to the velocity from the throwing of : the grenade itself. I still call it a physics glitch because of the applied velocity of a player trait being applied to a grenade, if the same thing were to happen to any projectile you fire, I'd see your point, but would appear all other objects are immune to this, which makes this a glitch.
