Yes. Also, they believe "nobody cares any more" (ref) about ARGs (as they've been done 'over and over again').
I trust that 343 won't be making any more ARGs. Unfortunately.
However, viral / mysterious / hype content? Definitely. As which all this I believe can be classified.
Not an ARG. =P
