Alright, so I'm bored at work and doing some Googling. "Gallagher glacier" turned up some listings for this Gallagher's Glacier book from 1970. Now poking around the bib's for the authors, and the cover artist led me to the Collection that this book was part of called Positive Charge.

After enough clicking I found the cover art for Positive Charge and I found something that might be relevant. Or maybe I'm just looking too much into it:

Hmm. What are the chances that this subtext is related to Halo 4?

Inventors: Forerunners
Impostors: Prometheans as encountered on Requiem
Galactic Inquirers: UNSC/Covenant that find Requiem

I also have not finished Thursday War, so maybe I'm off-base with the Impostors bit. But still. Interesting...
