: I believe I started doodling with the Legendary planet (and Forward Unto Dawn : drifting towards it) in mind, but that didn't really show up. : I guess I wanted to make the planet-thing something even more derelict and : scary. Some sort of void... like a conscious black hole, playing with : space and dimension and time... Something evil. Interesting. Reminds me of a Mass Effect-ish concept, like the Protheans vs. Reapers. When I saw the planet, it kinda evoked the image of a planet having been damaged with some sci-fi type weapon.
