Yeah, but in my example the movie and its sequel both take place in 1985, say, where a 2009-anything shouldn't exist. Again, it seems a ludicrous example, but it occurs in sci-fi stuff all the time but it would be a bigger deal to many more people when the topic is better known or more embraced by the majority.
