Taken side by side, then, it actually somewhat hurts Halo 1, : regardless of whether Reach's storytelling is good in and of itself. : There's a big picture to consider in these fictional universes. Metal Gear Solid 4 did that in the trick ending. Just do what I do and pretend it never happened. Last time I played MGS4 I shut it off before the real ending. Can't ruin the series if it didn't happen!
