: I don't think I'll ever get over the shock of seeing what the real scale of : some of these vehicles are. They just don't look THAT big. The easiest way to do this is play Co-Op with someone and have them stand next to what you want to compare. Stand a ways away yourself and look from a distance. THEN you'll see how big these things are. Here's a simple one. The Covenant containers that hold weapons appear to be about 5ft-6ft tall or so when you see them in a ship or on the ground in-game. However, walk up to one and stand right next to it. As a Spartan, you're 7ft tall (Halo 1-3 of course) and you still have to look up to see the top and you can't see over them, so they're more than 7ft tall. (I think they're almost 9ft). That's something that's not apparent in game during a casual playthrough.
