I think I'd be pretty tense if a truck hit me : as well. lol : And to follow it up he ended up saying that it "wasn't that nice." : There was a slight tone of disappointment there that was so honest and : endearing. Part of why I love playing with him. Maybe I shouldn't look a gift ostrich in the beak, but I was expecting it to be like a giant turkey. Instead I got this hunk of red meat that had the texture of a leather belt. The next time somebody comes to my door with a bag of meat from an exotic bird that he ran over and gunned down, I'll try to be more grateful. : But if I were going to : dinner with him...I'd probably ask for the seafood. Not quite seafood, but I think I ran over an alligator once. I'm not 100% sure since it was dark. After I learned my lesson with a not-dead-at-all snapping turtle on the side of the road, I wasn't going to stop and see what it was. The best I could do for seafood would be a tuna we caught on a 5 lb line with a fork tied on the end. : Such a blast playing with real people. Indeed.
