Possibly not. I'm not happy with what the Encyclopedia started in that regard. There are two mentions of colonies in The Fall of Reach that are 'neighboring systems' of Reach indicating star systems in their own right, but whoever wrote the entry for Epsilon Eridani just added them as planets in the Reach system. It's pretty ridiculous that the Reach system would have that many habitable planets. They can't all be within Epsilon Eridani's habitable zone for liquid water and livable climate...which could actually be figured out as Epsilon Eridani is a known, real star. I hope that's just another of the dozens of errors that get corrected in the Encyclopedia.
