Yeah, nothing's been forthcoming so far beyond their names. I figured the ringed one was a small version of a gas giant, but I'm not sure how small such a world could actually get. I would think that if it were watery the actual motion of the water might gravitationally destabilize the rings and there'd be none in short order. I can see why water might be suggested from the opening MS and Bungie logos, but I thin the effect you see is actually the textures coming within draw distance. It has the look of a wave moving across the surface, but you see the same effect in game when you rapidly approach a texture's draw distance. I'm thinking a gas world until I find out differently.
