If the MC hadn't turned and ran at every opportunity, we wouldn't have enjoyed the climactic final sequences of Halos 1 and 3. What bothers me is that Kat is upended by the banshee blast. It doesn't upset me that this happens in the commercial, but that it doesn't happen in the game. I never really noticed this before, but if you're struck by a grenade or any other explosion, you don't move an inch unless you die, right? That seems weird.
