I'm pretty uncertain about where's it supposed to be. I got an email that said I'm participating in it, and i have access to the dashboard update page, but a couple days ago, i needed to validate my console ID and the message hasn't disappeared yet even though i did resubmit the ID. Does this mean i can't access it? Also where is the download supposed to appear?
