I can't really tell from the videos I've seen. Sometimes it : looks improved, while other times it seems the same as Halo 3. : 2. How big are the stages as compared to those in the previous games? It : seems like they're fairly big and open. Also, are the "spoke" : stages fairly non-linear like the hub stage? I haven't noticed any AI behaviors that weren't around in Halo 3. The standard stuff seemed good, but not necessarily improved. The spoke stages (the flashbacks) were pretty linear. There were usually several angles of attack on the big fights, like we've come to expect, but the spokes are generally linear. I should mention the design of the firefight arenas--they're very good. You can always understand the basic layout at a glance so you never lose yourself or your teammates. There's also a good balance of strategic areas to encourage movement. Usually there's a safe area with health / ammo, and a forward area with power weapons or wraiths to take out. There's also high ground for fighting footsoldiers versus covered areas for fighting fliers. I think there's going to be a lot of depth to firefight.
