Maybe it'll feature Spartan/Elite campaign?

I just about peed my pants in excitement at the thought of a fall of reach game.
And then I thought, What if we played it halo 2 style, with one level Spartan centered... focusing on classic halo gameplay, but with a squadron of spartans to give orders to, but we would also play as an Elite at times, (hopefully a zealot) who'se missions would include some stealth elements, and stuff.
As I see it, the human enemys would be like this.

Marine = Grunt
ODST = Elite
Marksman = Jackal
SPARTAN-II = Hunter
Arial troopers = Drones

Am I crazy?
