In Response To: A Message from Marty O'Donnell (Marty the Elder) Hey All, It's rare, I admit, but I agree with my sagacious colleague. Though, for his age, I though a reference to the moment in the Wizard of Oz when it switches from black-and-white to Technicolor might have been more appropriate given his length of tooth (can't we all imagine a young Martin O'Donnell clad in knickers, suspenders and a jaunty wool cap taking a break from stick-ball and his father's grumbling about the "worsening European situation" to enjoy a 1939 showing of that landmark film at the local Bijou?) As soon as we get back into the swing of things after our Microsoft-mandated two week "completion" vacation (no, we're nor Gold yet, just resting while Halo goes through certification), Marty and I will be putting together what will likely be the last Halo trailer. If you all can hold out for another few weeks, you'll have something that is tighter, brighter and relatively spoiler-free. If not, I say spend the time it would take to download the GameSpot movies on locating an inexpensive 5:1 surround-system for your TV. It will be time better spent, trust me. - Joseph (P.S. to clarify, when I said "swing" I was in no way comparing Marty's stroke to Arnold Palmer's.)
