Wow... I consider it an honor to receive a compliment on this matter from you. =] : That's a neat experiment. Like some of my early articles, it was just neat to : see what you could determine/deduce/calculate about things in the Halo : universe. Exactly. It's one of the things that make Halo such a fun game to play. : Judging just by looks, my instinct tells me a Trip Mine should weigh at least : twice as much as a Bubble Shield device rather than the reverse, but I : still see how you went about figuring it out. :) I agree, but we can't chart intent (what the Chief means to do, as Omega said), can we? ;) The only figure that's truly reliable in my data is the spike grenade (max height = 41 meters, or something like that), and how fast the chief could throw a baseball, because I'm pretty sure that a grenade would be thrown as hard as one can throw. (I calculated that the Chief exerts rougly 794.9 J when he throws an object. With that energy output, a 145-gram baseball could be thrown at 104.7 m/s) All in the name of Halo!
