I wasn't aware that the specifications for a spike grenade on Halopedia included its mass, so I didn't make any attempt to calculate the masses of any equipment. Using the information (spike grenade = 1.93 kg), I determined (approximately) the masses of the different equipment units: Bubble Shield: 20.5 kg Power Drainer: 5.1 kg Trip Mine: 9.7 kg Grav Lift: 19.6 kg Regenerator: 20.1 kg Radar Jammer: 9.3 kg Flare: 3.1 kg Deployable Cover: 13.6 kg These numbers are inherently inaccurate for a number of reasons, but should give a general idea as to how heavy each of the units are. Just for trivia: assuming that all of my calculations are correct, the Master Chief should be able to throw a baseball at approximately 104.7 m/s, or 236 mph, almost 559 meters (just over 6 football fields). Try that on for a fast ball.
