Nothing else in the : Terminal info seems to infer that way of speaking. How about, "Come back inside, where my fleets can keep you safe. Come home." : It says the Forerunner are close to saving the sentients they expect. I take it as true. No, it says the Librarian is close to saving "them all". : So what the terminals are saying is that of the worlds whose sentient species : have been removed and sent to the Ark, at least 18 and possibly 31 of : those cataloged so far will see some degree of irreparable damage. : So not many more than 31 worlds, unless you have some indication there's many : more. "We will have extinction events and irreparable environmental harm on at least 18 worlds. Current projections estimate post-archival cataclysm on as many as 31 worlds. The paucity of sentience has been a blessing in this regard. " If that was all that they had, the Librarian would have said, "on almost all of the worlds," or, "except on planets x, y and z".
